I learned early that health is well and truly your biggest wealth. Here’s my story.

2020

HEALTH EXPERIANCE
At the age of 18, I found myself in a hospital with a blood clot in my lung (pulmonary embolism), and my life has never been the same since. I turned to natural health and viewed food as medicine, and this too has changed my life forever.

2021

NATUROPATHY CALLING
My interest in natural health and nutrition was piqued when I felt the benefits myself. I took the leap and enrolled in a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). This year I also found a love for creatively sharing recipes and sharing them with my audience.

2022

ALIGNED BRANDS & COLLABS
As I progressed through my degree and shared more content with my audience, organically, I started working with some amazing aligned and inspiring brands. This is the year I decided to turn my recipe creation, photography and content into a full-time opportunity.
